Welcome to Lakeside at South Riding!


Lakeside at South Ricing  is comprised of 182 condominium units along the west side of South Riding Boulevard.  There are 13 three-story buildings, each housing fourteen individual units with its own terrace or balcony.   Neighbors take photos of the lake with ducks, geese, herons, turtles and the deer who come out of  the woods to graze.  Walking paths and sidewalks offer opportunity for exercise or a relaxing stroll throughout the property and around the lake.

While part of the South Riding Proprietary,  Lakeside has its own governing documents (found on this website) with an annually elected Board of Directors, community management by Associa and its own yearly budget, assessment and long-term reserve account.
